Flour is a food product obtained from cereal crops by grinding. Flour itself is a difficult product to pack and pack. On the one hand, it is very dusty, on the other hand, it can stick and hang in the receiving hoppers, so the task of packaging can be solved with the help of maximally hermetic weight dispensers with a screw feed of the product.

As a rule, flour is packaged and packed in ready-made, pre-formed, paper bags in 2 ways: fully automatic, while the price of such equipment will be higher, but the task of the operator are reduced to a minimum, and by a simpler method - semi-automatic, while the price of the line will be many times cheaper, which will undoubtedly be suitable for small enterprises.

For filling and packing flour in a semi-automatic mode, you will need, in fact, the flour itself, pre-formed ready-made paper bags with a logo and other information.

The line that will cope with the task of semi-automatic filling and packaging of flour in paper bags will consist of:

  • Two-channel weighing screw doser SHD-20-V which will perform the function of separating a given portion of the product and fill ready-made bags with it;
  • Horizontal conveyor GT-1, with the function of shaking the product in the package;
  • Knot of folding the upper edge of the package, with simultaneous sewing with a thread or gluing.

For ease of operation, the semi-automatic line can be equipped with a loading screw conveyor for loading products into the storage hopper of the dispenser SHD-20-V.< /strong>

Also, the line can be equipped with equipment for group (block) packing of flour packets - thermal tunnel tt-15-pap-m">TT-15-PAP(M).
