    The packaged product is poured through the mouth of the hopper onto the feeder, with the help of which it is fed into the funnel of the tube of the sleeve-forming device.

     

     

     

    * The feeder can be made in the form of a vibrating tray or a polyurethane conveyor belt (the tape is suitable for fragile, heavy-flowing products, in other cases, a vibrating tray is used). The operation of the feeder is controlled by the control unit, which, supplying power to the electric motor or electromagnet, causes the conveyor belt to rotate or create vibrations of the vibrating tray, thereby moving the product from the mouth of the hopper to the funnel of the tube.

     

    On the tube, the packaging material is rolled into a tube (sleeve) with a sealed back seam and bottom. At the same time, the seam of the bottom is clamped in the horizontal clamps of the ration assembly.

     

     

     

    Waking up through the funnel with a tube, the product fills the bottom of the tube (package) and the tube itself. Given the weight of the dose and the pressure exerted on the bottom seam, the horizontal compressions remain compressed until the end of the dose delivery. Thus, the pressure on the seam and the possibility of its rupture in the case of packaging material that has not cooled down from welding are excluded.

     

     

     

    Inside the tube there is a capacitive sensor that responds to the filling of the tube. As soon as the product, filling the tube, approaches the set distance to the capacitive sensor, the latter sends a signal to the control unit.

     

     

     

    The control unit stops the operation of the feeder (cuts off the power supply), decompresses the clamps of the ration unit and turns on the draft of the packaging material. Taking into account that the packaging is welded directly on the web of the packaging material, when it is drawn, the roll is unwound and the packaging material is rolled up with the help of a collar into a sleeve around the tube. Stretching takes place with the help of an electric motor and belts to the length set by the operator.

     

     

     

    After finishing the drawing, the control unit again compresses the clamps, fixing the packaging material, and also compresses the welded elements located on the clamps and presses the vertical welded element to the tube to the tube, starting the process of welding the seams. At the same time, the control unit activates the dispenser feeder, filling the package.

     

     

     

    The soldering unit works on the principle of constant heating, that is, welded elements are pressed to the packaging material for the specified time (set interval), which maintain the set temperature. After the specified welding time, the welded elements are unzipped, and the horizontal clamps remain in a compressed state. This is necessary for the cooling of the packaging material and the formation of strong seams, which is especially relevant for polyethylene films*, the seams of which remain plastic for a long time after welding and can tear even with minor efforts. To accelerate the cooling process, immediately after unzipping the welded elements, the control unit supplies compressed air to the nozzles located on the brazing unit and forcibly cools the formed seams (the blowing time is regulated by the operator).

     

     

     

    * The equipment allows the use of any polymer films as a packaging material, but, taking into account the size of the doses and the optimal cost of the packaging, it is most appropriate to use polyethylene films.

     

    The soldering unit simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled package and the bottom and back seams of the next package in one go. At the same time, at the time of welding, the filled package is separated by cutting the packaging material with a hot "string" located on the protrusion of the welded horizontal element.

     

     

     

    At the end of the welding process and cooling of the formed seams, the control unit decompresses the horizontal clamps and turns on the stretching of the packaging material again, feeding the next filled package to the soldering unit. At the same time, the already sealed and cut off "string" packaging is lowered onto the conveyor, which leads away.

    The polymer film is unwound from the roll using an electric drive controlled by a controller. Next, by a system of rollers with a tensioner, the film is fed to the assembly unit of the package (package) and the formation of the bottom (flat or smiley), with preliminary perforation, for guaranteed soldering of seams.

     

    After the bottom of the package is formed, the film enters the unit for soldering the bottom of the package and soldering the ZIP-lock (not included in the standard package), then to the unit for soldering the vertical seams of the formed doy-pack package. After soldering the seams of the package, the controller sends a signal to push the formed packages into the storage device.     The operator places a stack of packages in the accumulator, from where, with the help of a rotary mechanism with vacuum suction cups, the package is extracted and moved to the work area.

     

    After removing the package to the working area, as well as completing one cycle by all the nodes of the machine, the traverse of the package moving mechanism moves all packages in the working area to the next stage of processing.

     

    Moved to the position of opening the top, the package is grabbed from both sides by suction cups and stretched.     A cone is lowered into the bag with the open top moved into position. Having reached the bottom of the bag, petals come out of the cone and open the bottom, giving the bag a three-dimensional shape, after which the cone moves to the upper position.

     

    After opening the bag with the help of a vertical box, the box, falling down, enters the upper part of the fully opened, moved to the filling position with closed flaps. The doors are opened, and the dose of product from the weight dispenser through the receiving funnel and the boxes falls into the bag, after which the box moves to the upper position.

  • Job description

    The packaged product is poured through the mouth of the hopper onto a vibrating tray, which, vibrating with a given amplitude, feeds it into the weighing bucket. The bucket is attached to the dispenser frame on a strain gauge (strain gauge).     When receiving an impulse from the control unit of the packaging machine ("Unloading" signal), the dispenser controller sends a signal to open the weighing bucket. The bucket opens, pouring its contents into the watering can. Through the funnel, through the tube of the sleeve-forming device, the product is poured into the packaging film rolled up by the tube (sleeve) with a sealed back seam and bottom (packaging blank).     The operation of the packaging machine is controlled by a microcontroller located in the control unit, which, after unloading the weighing bucket (dispensing a dose of the product), activates the film stretching mechanism.     The soldering unit uses the principle of constant heating and simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled package, the bottom and side seams of the next package with the type of "Eurosh" seam. In addition, the microcontroller monitors the moment of the end of the roll of packaging material and other emergency situations.

This combination significantly increases the speed of the machine and allows the use of wider packaging films than on the AF-45-V. At the same time, the presence of pneumatic drives requires the use of a compressor, and as a result increases the noise level of the filling machine, but the noise level does not reach the AF-35-V.

    The packaging machine is produced in models AF-50-V1, AF-50-V2, AF-50-V3, AF-50-V4.     A separate modification of the packaging machine is the use of a two-level weighing dispenser, which allows for more accurate and efficient dosing of products that are difficult to flow and do not have constant flow. For example, chips can either get stuck in the mouth of the hopper (vibrating trays) or wake up in large portions that have stuck together. Accordingly, the size of the dose may have undesirable deviations from the given one. To eliminate this, the dispenser uses two levels of vibrating trays.

After filling the sachet of the package, the control unit gives the command to raise the tube of the dispenser and seal the last seam of the sachet of the package.

     

    The sealing unit works with the help of a constant maintained temperature of the surface of the welded blocks and seals all the seams of the filled sachet packaging with the "Eurosh" type of seam. After the package is glued, the film pulling unit moves the sealed package in a horizontal plane, the roll of packaging material is unwound and the same material is rolled, through the package former, into the package sash blank.

The product should go through the tubes to the formed package (stick) and fill it up to the specified level.

     

    After filling the package to the predetermined norm, the ECU sends a signal to the short-circuit motor to start the transport line drive, which will be carried out before the start of a new cycle of product packaging.
