• Job description

  The polymer film is unwound from the roll using an electric drive controlled by a controller. Next, by a system of rollers with a tensioner, the film is fed to the assembly unit of the package (package) and the formation of the bottom (flat or smiley), with preliminary perforation, for guaranteed soldering of seams.

   

  After the bottom of the package is formed, the film enters the unit for soldering the bottom of the package and soldering the ZIP-lock (not included in the standard package), then to the unit for soldering the vertical seams of the formed doy-pack package. After soldering the seams of the package, the controller sends a signal to push the formed packages into the storage device. At the same time, with the soldering of the seams of the doi-pak package, the mechanism for dividing the packages by cutting them with pneumatic scissors is triggered.

   

  The soldering unit of the package forming machine works according to the principle of constant heating ("Euroshov" type soldering). It includes vertically located welded pads (sponges) placed one after the other, with observance of the multiplicity of the step, depending on the width of the doi-pak package being manufactured. When equipped with a ZIP lock, the soldering assembly includes a horizontal welded pad.

   

  The batch-forming automaton is managed by a controller that monitors the presence, jamming or breakage of the film, as well as monitors other modes of operation and emergency situations: air pressure, stop on the counter, etc.

• Features

  Doy-pack (doy-pack) is a special type of flexible packaging, which is a polymer bag with a bottom, which allows the package, when filled, to be stable in the reticulated position.

   

  The automatic bag-making machine is designed for the production of doi-pack bags used for packing loose and liquid products, including: tea, granulated, sublimated, ground and grain coffee, mayonnaise, ketchup, condensed milk, etc.

   

  This package-making equipment means its work in floor placement, with the standing of adjustable supports. The machine is produced in one modification, the ADP-1 model, with the possibility of installing additional units, marked in the "completion" section.
