    Loading of components into the dispenser hopper is carried out with the help of conveyors according to the principle - "for each ingredient, its own conveyor". The loaders are equipped with frequency regulators, with the help of which it is possible to smoothly add the component to the specified weight. The dispenser hopper is hermetically connected to the conveyors and the mixer by means of flexible sleeves.

  • Job description

    The work of the line is automated and controlled by the controller.

    The operator on the control panel selects or sets the recipe of the mixture and then loads the necessary components into the hoppers of the conveyors for large and medium doses. For small doses, the operator pre-weighs the components in the required proportions, based on the total loading volume of all small doses, and loads them into the premixer for micro components.

    After loading all the components, the complex works in automatic mode, the operator just pours the components into the hoppers of the conveyors. Supply of components to dispensers, weighing, mixing of components and their unloading takes place in automatic mode. Hoppers of loaders for feeding large, medium and small doses are equipped with level sensors that inform the operator about the presence of product for mixing and give a command for dosing or unloading from mixers. Also, screw loaders are equipped with frequency converters, which organize the smooth filling of the product into the dispenser, ensuring weighing accuracy. All hoppers of screw loaders are equipped with frame stirrers, which prevent the product from clumping.

    Dosers are installed on strain gauges, which weigh the components in the hoppers of the dispensers and control the supply of the product by screw conveyors.

    The time of the mixing cycle and automatic unloading from the mixer is set by the operator at the control panel. The finished mixture from the belt mixer is automatically unloaded into the receiving hopper of the conveyor, which serves for feeding to the next technological operation or into the accumulative hopper of the finished mixture with further dosing. After the finished mixture is discharged from the mixer, the unloading valve is automatically closed and the components are dosed for the next cycle.
