Press wyma for longitudinal merging of wood APV-300/450/600 are a modification of the PV model.
Additional functionality of this model is provided by:
- ​​mechanism for automatic lifting of the stop bar
- mechanism for pushing the finished workpiece out of the working area.
As well as in the PV model, 3 modifications of the press are provided - APV-300-15-5,450-15-5 APV-600-15-5, which differ in the maximum length of the workpiece.
The press wyma is completed with a trimming device and can be equipped with a glue application device.

The easy to clean compact machine is designed for single or double sided application of liquid materials such as PVA glue, Oil/Wax, UV Oil, Satin onto workpieces with a maximum thickness of up to 100mm.
Depending on the use of a particular material, this machine is equipped with a special shaft for the required type of work.
It is widely used in traditional woodworking, ranging from the manufacture of furniture by layer-by-layer gluing to single-sided application of glue to 0.6 mm thick veneer sheets.
In addition, it can be used for oil and wax finishing of furniture parts and solid boards.
Smooth adjustment of the dosage of liquid material is provided by a fine-pitch screw.
To collect excess liquid residues, a special steel container is built in.

Types of jobs:

• Glue roller: for applying liquid cold curing wood glue and other adhesives. It can be dispersion adhesive, white adhesive, plywood adhesive, PVA adhesive, kaurite, latex, urea-formaldehyde adhesive, epoxy resin, melamine resin, water-soluble powder adhesive with or without hardener. Tools are most often cleaned with water.
• Oil Wax: Soft roller application with continuously adjustable roller pressure improves the oil impregnation of the wood. Thanks to the even, smooth dosing of valuable oils and liquid waxes, surfaces of extraordinary beauty can be obtained. The amount of applied oil is smoothly regulated by the use of special rollers from 6 10 to 70 g/m2. For products made of smooth wood and for products made of brushed, structural wood, rollers in different designs are used.
• UV-Oil/Staining: Water-based stains, UV oil-wax are also applied with the same rollers. The amount of applied stain is from 10 to 70g/m2. Its use ensures purity and high quality.

The warranty period for the supplied products is 1 year
