Order conditions
We produce the equipment we sell ourselves. And this creates a number of features for the client, both positive and not so good. Below we will try to describe and argue the main ones, as well as provide standard conditions for ordering our equipment. So:
What should be taken into account?
- We are the equipment manufacturer. Not China, not Italy, but a Russian limited liability company. We do not sell someone else's, we want to develop our own production. Therefore, it makes no sense to ask who the manufacturer is or how high quality our products are. The manufacturer is in front of you, and determining the quality is the prerogative of the buyer. Also, you should not compare installations in terms of "which is better done" - they are all made in the same way, since they are made by the same people, and the difference lies in the purpose and in the characteristics of the work.
- All equipment is new. We do not sell used equipment, nor do we repurchase our own units. We do not rent or lease. Understand, our emphasis is not sales, but production. We want and know how to create, we want to do something new and get an appropriate reward for it, and not play buy and sell with a client for cheap and in both directions.
- We need to wait for the equipment. Probably, you rarely see a plant whose warehouse space exceeds production. Rather, the opposite is true. Moreover, even the existing storage facilities should not be packed to capacity. Otherwise, the price is worthless to the manufacturer, who is forced to work in the warehouse. We are no exception: most of our products are made to order and shipped immediately after assembly. And only during periods of uneven loading, something can go to the warehouse. Therefore, our warehouse is small, as a rule, half empty, and it is quite possible that, instead of immediate delivery, you can be told the production time, and sometimes even put in a queue.
- You need to order intelligently. We design what we produce ourselves. And it is in our power to manufacture almost any installation, for various tasks and conditions (there would be only an economic incentive). This means that you must perfectly understand what and for what purposes you order, how you will operate and how much you are willing to spend. Also, be prepared to answer a lot of clarifying questions, the purpose of which is not to confuse the client, but to make the most suitable product for him. Even better, if you find a way to provide us with the materials or products that the equipment must work with (packaging films, packaged products, etc.).

Having received information about the cost, you need to understand that the price you see cannot reflect all the features of the equipment and is given based on the following:
- Prices do not include commissioning. Simply because in most cases they are not needed. In the production of our equipment, one of the key points is simplicity and ease of use. Many models (even those with high profitability) were discontinued only because they raised questions about setup and operation from customers. We intend to continue to pursue such a policy - it is easier to invest a little more money in intuitive settings than to rip off the client for commissioning money, while being ashamed to look in the eye. If, nevertheless, the model requires the work of our adjusters (which we always warn about at the time of order) or you want to play it safe, we will gladly provide our services, the price of which will be calculated based on the distance of the trip.
- Prices are for the base model. This means that for the specified amount you can buy a fully functional installation (sometimes even with a repair kit), which is able to fully and efficiently perform its main functions without any additional components and mechanisms (the only exception is automatic models with pneumatic actuators where a compressor is required). As a rule, the functionality of the basic model is enough for the eyes, but sometimes customers have special needs, for example, gas filling the package, creating a stand-up package, installing cycle counters, etc. We do not include such things (additional equipment) in the basic package (due to the inability to predict the needs of the client) and calculate their cost separately. Please note that in our additional equipment you will not find any means of increased protection or safety (a more reliable transformer, an improved control unit). Every The basic equipment already contains high-quality components, including those of world brands (Camozzi, Mitsubishi). We pay a lot of attention to the reliability of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics, and we are not going to save on the safety of our customers.
How to order?
Let's assume that you already know exactly what you want to buy: choose the right equipment, watch a video of its operation, find out the characteristics and price (everything described and much more is on this site). It remains only to order.
To order, you must first contact us. This can be done either by phone or via Skype or email. We will clarify the details of your order, determine the final price (as a rule, it does not differ from the price list, but anything can happen) and production time (or, perhaps, you are lucky and the equipment will already be in stock). After that, you will be asked to complete the deal.
It's up to you to decide how to make a deal. If the equipment is standard and inexpensive, it is quite possible to get by with the verbal form, if there is any doubt, we can issue an invoice, and if the equipment requires individual production (such as an automatic cellophane machine), costs a significant amount of money, or just really wants more security, we can conclude written contract (standard form). In some cases, as in the situation with the same cellophane, or when exporting, we ourselves will offer you to conclude an agreement. Otherwise, it will simply be impossible to specify all the features of the equipment or make a delivery.
Next, having executed the deal, we expect an advance from you (this is especially true in the situation with the oral form). And having already received an advance payment, we begin to manufacture your equipment and will try to make it earlier than the agreed time.
How to pay?
You must pay for the equipment in the form and within the terms specified in the concluded contract. We usually ask for a advance of at least 50 percent of the amount of the contract and the balance before delivery of the equipment. Without an advance payment, we practically do not manufacture equipment, because what you need may not always suit someone else, and if you suddenly refuse, we get problems with packing the warehouse for an indefinite time. So, I'm sorry, but no upfront payment is an exceptional case (although we will gladly consider the option of 100% upfront payment). Separately, export should be highlighted. In this case, we are ready to consider the settlement option using an irrevocable letter of credit.
If you want to buy equipment without signing a document such as a contract (issuance of an invoice, verbal agreement), advance payment can be made either to the account specified in the invoice, or to a bank a card indicated by a representative of the company, or in cash at the cash desk. All three of these methods are equivalent for us, and after receiving an advance payment, we guarantee the fulfillment of our obligations for the manufacture of equipment. Remaining price of equipment (if any, because we always welcome 100% prepayment), need to be paid before shipment of equipment from stock(we do not want spoil relations with clients by carrying out claim work).
How to get it?
Usually, we supply equipment by shipping it to a transport company. At the same time, we organize an application (on behalf of the client) for the delivery of equipment, indicating all the necessary data. We inform the client in advance of the cost calculation, and in case of confirmation, we carry out this event. This means that we undertake to hand over the equipment to the carrier and organize the order of transportation services.
If the equipment is expensive and complex, then you will need to come to our warehouse (or send your authorized representative), inspect, test and accept the equipment, sign the acceptance documents. After that, we pack and load the equipment either on the provided car, or transfer it to the carrier (we fill out the application of the transport company with all the necessary data).
Is there a guarantee?
All equipment purchased from us is backed by a 12-month warranty. During this period, we undertake to eliminate all breakdowns and defects, with a few exceptions (you can read more about the terms of the warranty in the warranty card provided to you).
The only caveat: given the features of the equipment, the presence of both mechanical and electrical parts in it, we are not able to send a staff of repairmen to the address of the equipment operation. Therefore, we can diagnose the problem remotely and send you the necessary components. To do this, you will need to have a mechanic or electrician in your staff, who, firstly, could clearly explain what exactly does not work in the purchased equipment. research, and, secondly, they were able to establish the details sent. Naturally, we will provide detailed installation instructions and are ready to advise you by phone, viber, skype.
Where can I get spare parts?
All consumables, all parts and mechanisms that are present in the equipment and can wear out, we always have in stock. And even if they don't exist, we'll figure out where to get them or how to make them. Therefore, you don't have to worry about the wear and tear of the equipment and the impossibility of completing it.
In addition, components are not the source of our income and their prices, unlike other manufacturers, do not reach exorbitant heights (for those who have doubts, we can offer to compare our price list for components with similar offers on the market).
