Mixer for loose products SPB-1
Mixer is designed for mixing loose products (coffee, buckwheat, peanuts, pistachios, nuts) with salt or flavor solutions. It can be used as part of automated lines or as an independent apparatus for preparing raw materials for roasting ordrying.
The equipment consists of a one-piece frame, on which a storage tank (barrel) is fixed.
This equipment is optimal for mixing different products, due to the trajectory of the mixture inside the container (barrel), which is achieved using the calculated angle of attachment of the container (barrel) to the rotation shaft. This allows you to get rid of paddles and paddles inside the container (barrel), thereby eliminating places where the product accumulates.

Job description
The prepared (cleaned and washed) raw material is poured into a container (barrel) through the neck, after which a salt solution of the required consistency is poured into the container (selected for each product individually). Next, the neck is closed with the help of a cover and a locking device. The lid has a rubber seal and hermetically closes the container, eliminating leakage during the operation of the mixer.
When you press the "Start" button, the electric drive starts rotating the container (barrel) in the vertical plane. The mixer works according to the "drunk barrel" principle, i.e. when the barrel rotates, due to the tilt of the vertical axis relative to the plane of rotation, the movement of raw materials takes place inside along a trajectory in the form of the number "8". Thus, maximum efficiency is achieved in mixing raw materials with salt solution - the mixture hits the walls of the barrel at different angles, crumbles, changes direction of movement and mixes with oncoming flows of the mixture.
The operating time of the mixer is determined by the operator - to stop, press the "Stop" button. After that, it is necessary to open the lid of the container and, tilting the neck of the barrel, pour (pour out) its contents.
