The line for filling and packing fuel granules (pellets) in bags

The line for filling and packing fuel granules (pellets) in bags (2)

You can pack granules into bags both automatic and semi-automatic method. The second method is less expensive in terms of purchasing expensive equipment, but requires constant and active human participation in the packaging process. With the automatic method, it is necessary to first purchase expensive equipment (packing and packaging machine), but in the future all operations will be carried out automatically with the specified accuracy. At the same time, the productivity of the machine significantly exceeds the productivity of the semi-automatic method.

For semi-automatic packing of pellets you will need:

  • Pellets (fuel pellets).
  • Finished polyethylene bags.
  • A dispenser that can dispense doses of the required size into ready-made packaging (in this case, bags) and at the same time fully work with pellets (do not crush them, do not clog, do not create large deviations in doses). Pellets can be loaded into the hopper of the dispenser manually or the dispenser can be equipped with ZT-1 loading bucket transporter.
  • Welder, which can be used to seal a bag filled with pellets.

Accordingly, the set of equipment will be as follows:

  1. Weighing doser with belt feeder VLD-1 or Weighing doser with vibrating feeder VDV-8 (depending on performance)
  2. ZGI-500-700 floor horizontal pulse heating welder. Regardless of the set of equipment, the operator will in any case need to fill the hopper of the dispenser with pellets (manually or with the help of a loading conveyor), place the ready bags on the dispenser, give the command to issue a dose, move the filled bags to the welder and weld them.< / li >

For automatic packing of pellets, you need:

  1. Actually, the pellets themselves (fuel pellets). They can be in bulk or in big-bags (large polyethylene containers weighing more than a ton). A big bag is already a package, but it is a package of an industrial scale and is not suitable for ordinary consumers.
  2. Polyethylene film in rolls. You can use another film, but polyethylene is the cheapest and most common material.
  3. The packing machine, which will simultaneously produce the formation of the package from the roll of film, will dispense the set dose of pellets into such a package and seal (close) the package. Given that, as a rule, filling machines for packaging in bags have a significant height, it may make sense to equip the machine with a conveyor with a ZT loading bucket. -1 (although no one excludes the possibility of manually loading pellets into the hopper of the machine). It is also possible to equip the machine that removes the finished packages with an OT-1
  4. conveyor

Packaging machines that can handle packing pellets in polyethylene bags are:
